  There is a whole lot of "meh" for this Starbucks.
  Baristas tend to be short and know-it-all but then don't get the drinks right.
  How hard is the 'Starbucks Double Shot over Ice'?!?!
  If I wanted a double shot on ice, I'd expect 2 shots on ice
  But when you have an actual drink named the former, I expect to get that drink every time I order it.  But noooooo.
  Drive thru is well laid out for safe traffic flow.
  
  Given my experiences here (and it being the closest Starbucks to home or work), I only go about once a month now.  
  When we lived in IL, our baristas knew our name and our drink....
  A little more effort and this location could rock.

  The staff members here are diligent, fast, and courteous. I live around the corner and come here to work pretty often, and I've always had timely service and well-made drinks. The reason I decided to write a review today was because I watched two employees handle a very rude and impatient woman with incredible patience, calming her down and fulfilling her demands while still continuing to bustle around and serve other customers. It was honestly impressive. Mad respect for the staff here!

  Just visited with my daughter to grab her a breakfast sandwich and her favorite, Double Chocolate Chip Frappucino. They were busy inside with patrons seated all around and/or waiting. We were greeted promptly and did not wait long at all for our items. We did have to ask about the breakfast sandwich because they were not listed on the menu nor was the one we wanted, the Smoke Ham and Swiss, in the refrigerated display area. The barista checked the back and confirmed they had it. My daughter loved her sandwich. It looked very cheesy and good from afar. They heated the sandwich for her. Great experience. We will return to this location for sure.

  Consistently bad coffee over and over again. I have complained to the company multiple times about this and nothing has been done. Starbucks also failed to refund my money after one order and I haven't been able to contact them since. No place should be run like this. Hire people who know how to make coffee, hell try it first before you serve it!!! I'm not paying money for horrible coffee and food.

  Was in the drive thru line for almost TWENTY minutes just to get the wrong order. How do you mess up people's orders? I did not pay $7 for something else. Absolutely ridiculous.
